Tour De Force는 비영리 단체 조인어스코리아 산하 대학생 자치 동아리로, 한국의 매력을 외국인에게 직접 소개하는 투어 가이드 봉사활동을 진행합니다.

0. Tour De Force란?

서울권 대학생들로 구성된 자치형 비영리 봉사 동아리로,

외국인 맞춤 투어를 직접 기획하고 운영하는 활동을 중심으로 공공외교와 글로벌 커뮤니케이션 역량을 키우고 있습니다.

​

회장단과 기획부, 운영관리부, 홍보부로 구성되어 총 5명의 운영진이 활동을 함께 이끌어갑니다.

‼️ Tour De Force는 대학생들이 자치적으로 운영하는 단체이며, 특정 정치, 종교, 시민단체와는 관련이 없습니다‼️

1. Tour De Force 활동의 장점

✅ 다양한 문화권 투어리스트들과 교류하며 국제 감각과 공공외교 역량 UP!

✅ 1365 봉사시간 인정 + 활동 수료증 발급(공식 대외활동으로 활용 가능!)

✅ 직접 투어 코스를 기획·홍보·운영하며 실전 프로젝트 경험 가능

✅ 외국인 유학생들과의 소모임, 영어 활용 활동, 교류 행사도 함께 진행 예정!

2. 모집 대상

- 2026년 8월 말 ~ 2027년 1월 초 (약 5개월간) 꾸준히 활동 가능한 대학생

- 일요일 오후 3시 정기모임 참여 가능자 (총 8번)

- 외국인과의 소통을 즐기며, 한국 문화를 알리고 싶은 분

※ 에브리타임 규정상 학부생 및 휴학생만 지원 가능

3. 활동 내용

📌 정기모임

→ 투어 준비 교육, 팀별 기획 회의, 투어 기획 활동 등

📌 상시투어

→ 외국인들이 상시로 신청하는 투어에 대해 가능한 부원이 배정되어 맞춤형 투어를 제공 (1365 봉사시간 인증)

📌 TDF 자체 프로그램

→ 영어 토론, 외국인 대상 길거리 인터뷰, 친목을 위한 활동들 등

4. 활동 기간. 장소 및 회비

🗓 2026년 8월 ~ 2027년 1월 (14주, 정기 활동 8주)

📍 서울권 대학교 (장소 추후 공지)

⏰ 일요일 오후 3시 (월 최대 2회 진행 / 시험 기간, 휴일 제외)

💰 1회 납부: 35,000원 (투어 준비물, 대관, 콘텐츠 제작비 등에 사용)

✔️ 사용 내역 투명 공개!

❗동아리 활동에 정당한 사유 없이 결석.지각할 경우 벌금이 부과될 수 있으며, 벌금은 회비로 산입됩니다.

5. 우대 사항

- 영어, 스페인어 등 외국어 회화 가능자 (면접 시 영어 질문 출제)

- 서울 지역 문화·관광지에 대한 이해도가 높은 분

-사람들과 소통하는 것을 즐기며 다양한 의견을 존중할 수 있는 분

2️⃣ 운영관리부 :

- 구글 스프레드시트 또는 엑셀 활용 경험이 있으신 분

- 자료 정리, 일정 관리, 출결 체크 등 반복적 행정 업무에 책임감 있게 임할 수 있는 분

- 외국인 대상 영어 이메일 또는 메시지 작성 경험이 있는 분 - 투어관리

- 커뮤니케이션이 정확하고 조리있는 설명에 강점이 있는 분

- 부서 내·외 커뮤니케이션을 꾸준하고 신속하게 해줄 수 있는 분

- SNS 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작에 관심이 있는 분

- 최신 트렌드를 파악하고 새로운 아이디어를 제안할 수 있는 분

- 사진·영상 촬영 및 편집에 관심이 있는 분 (경험자 우대)

- 동아리 활동을 적극적으로 기록하고 공유하고 싶은 분

7. 모집 일정

📍 서류 접수: 7월 25일 ~ 8월 12일

📍 서류 합격자 발표: 8월 13일 (목) (문자로 발표)

📍 면접: 8월 15일 (목) ~ 8월 16일 (토) (방식: 대면)

📍 최종 합격자 발표: 8월 17일 (월) (문자로 발표)

📍 OT: 8월 23일 (일)

📍1차 정기투어: 8월 30일 (일) - 운영진 주도하에 투어 진행예정

🌏 Tour De Force 8th Recruitment – Foreigner Tour Guide Volunteer Club 🌏

We are recruiting new members for the 8th generation of Tour De Force, a foreigner tour guide volunteer club!

Tour De Force is a student-run organization under the non-profit organization Join Us Korea, where university students introduce the charm of Korea directly to international visitors through guided tours.

0. What is Tour De Force?

Tour De Force is a self-governing, non-profit volunteer club consisting of university students in the Seoul metropolitan area.

Our main activity is planning and operating customized tours for international visitors while developing public diplomacy and global communication skills.

The organization is managed by five executive members, consisting of the President, Planning Department, Operations Management Department, and Public Relations Department.

‼️ Tour De Force is a student-run organization and is not affiliated with any political party, religion, or civic organization. ‼️

1. Why Join Tour De Force?

✅ Meet and interact with tourists from diverse cultural backgrounds while improving your global perspective and public diplomacy skills!

✅ Receive 1365 volunteer service hours and an official certificate of completion (great for your extracurricular portfolio)!

✅ Gain hands-on project experience by planning, promoting, and operating tour programs yourself.

✅ Participate in gatherings with international students, English activities, and various cultural exchange events!

2. Eligibility

University students who can actively participate from late August 2026 to early January 2027 (approximately 5 months)

Able to attend regular meetings on Sundays at 3:00 PM (8 meetings in total)

Interested in communicating with international visitors and introducing Korean culture

※ Due to Everytime regulations, only undergraduate students and students on a leave of absence are eligible to apply.

Members who are available will be assigned to customized tours requested by international visitors.

1365 volunteer hours will be recognized.

4. Activity Period, Location & Membership Fee

🗓 August 2026 – January 2027 (14 weeks, 8 regular activity weeks)

📍 Universities in the Seoul metropolitan area (venue to be announced)

⏰ Sundays at 3:00 PM (Up to 2 meetings per month, excluding exam periods and public holidays)

💰 One-time membership fee: KRW 35,000

(Used for tour materials, venue rental, content production, etc.)

✔️ All expenses will be transparently disclosed.

❗ Members who are absent or late without a valid reason may be charged a penalty fee, which will be added to the club fund.

5. Preferred Qualifications

Able to communicate in foreign languages such as English or Spanish

(English interview questions will be included during the interview.)

Good understanding of Seoul's culture and tourist attractions

6. Department Preferences

1️⃣ Planning Department

Interested in creating new tourism content showcasing Seoul's unique attractions

Able to design enjoyable and meaningful tours from an international visitor's perspective

Willing to actively share ideas and collaborate with teammates

Enjoy communicating with others and respect diverse opinions

2️⃣ Operations Management Department

Experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Responsible and detail-oriented in administrative tasks such as organizing data, scheduling, and attendance management

Experience writing English emails or messages for international visitors

Strong communication and organizational skills

Able to maintain prompt and consistent communication within and across departments

✅ Ideal for those who are detail-oriented and capable of handling practical administrative work.

3️⃣ Public Relations Department

Interested in SNS content planning and creation

Able to stay updated on the latest trends and propose fresh ideas

Interested in photo and video shooting/editing (Experience preferred)

Eager to actively record and share club activities

7. Recruitment Schedule

📍 Application Period: July 25 – August 12

📍 Document Screening Results: August 13 (Thursday) (Notification via text message)

📍 Interview: August 15 (Thursday) – August 16 (Saturday) (In-person)

📍 Final Results: August 17 (Monday) (Notification via text message)

📍 Orientation (OT): August 23 (Sunday)

📍 1st Official Tour: August 30 (Sunday)

(The first tour will be conducted under the guidance of the executive team.)

❗ Attendance at both the Orientation and the 1st Official Tour is mandatory for all new members. Failure to attend will result in disqualification from club activities.
